- 6 Tbsp. half and half - divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine brown sugar, bourbon, and butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Simmer approximately 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 2. After sugar is dissolved, stir in 5 T half and half. Simmer about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 3. Stir in remaining half and half, vanilla, and salt. Serve warm over fresh bread pudding or vanilla bean ice cream.
